Dykal Next Level Sports Academy (“DNLSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of athletes, parents, guardians, and visitors who use our website and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information submitted through DykalNextLevel.com, our registration and inquiry forms, athlete portal, and other academy-related services.
Because many of our athletes are minors, registration forms and other information concerning a minor should be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult unless otherwise specifically permitted by DNLSA.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you register an athlete, submit an inquiry, use the Athlete Portal, request training or video analysis services, or otherwise communicate with Dykal Next Level Sports Academy. This information may include parent or guardian names, email addresses, telephone numbers, athlete names, dates of birth, grade levels, team or program selections, emergency contact information, and information related to an athlete’s participation in academy programs.
For athlete safety and program administration, we may also collect information provided by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult regarding medical conditions, allergies, medications, injuries, emergency needs, or other safety-related information. Registration records may also include program agreements, medical authorization, assumption-of-risk acknowledgments, photo and video consent selections, and electronic signatures.

Payments for certain DNLSA programs and services may be processed through Square or another designated payment processor. Payment information submitted through a third-party payment service is processed by that provider. DNLSA may receive transaction-related information necessary to confirm payment, maintain program records, and administer an athlete’s participation, but does not intend to collect or store complete credit or debit card numbers through its website forms.

Access to athlete information is limited to those who reasonably need the information to perform academy-related responsibilities.
Photographs or videos of youth athletes will be used for public promotional purposes, including DNLSA social media or website content, only when the appropriate parent, guardian, or authorized adult has provided consent. A decision not to provide promotional photo or video consent will not prevent an athlete from participating in DNLSA programs. DNLSA may still use video privately when reasonably necessary for coaching, player development, performance analysis, or safety purposes.
Parents or legal guardians may contact DNLSA to ask questions about personal information associated with their athlete or to request appropriate access, correction, or deletion, subject to information DNLSA may need or be permitted to retain for legitimate business, safety, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
